The Special Weekly Rate for 2 adults and a hookup plus awning and hot water is still £70.00 as before for 3 low priced periods above.
There is a minimum charge of £18.00 on hook-ups for the Spring Bank Holiday and also from 19 July to 5 September.

70 Hook-ups available which can be reserved but at peak periods Hook-ups will be reserved from Saturday to Saturday only.

Bookings can be made by sending a non-refundable booking fee of £30.00 per site required (cheque made to Upton Manor Farm) or we can take deposits using credit or debit cards by telephone if you so prefer. Being a family Site, regrettably, we cannot accept groups of young people. We accommodate families and couples only. Dogs permitted if kept on a lead and exercised outside the campsite; there are walks nearby. The nearest shop is within half a mile and its sale's include an Off licence and National Lottery. A large Sainsbury's supermarket is just four miles away. We are one mile from Brixham town centre with its shop’s, harbour, restaurants and takeaways. Numerous pubs, restaurants and takeaways can be found within easy walking distance of the campsite. The camp will close sometime in the autumn depending on the weather.
